Frequently asked questions

How does the code work?

It is printed directly onto the glass. Hold your phone camera up to it and the song opens in your music app. It needs no app from us, and the code does not expire.

How long until it arrives?

We make every piece by hand after you order — that takes 3–5 working days. Shipping adds roughly 4–11 days.

Why does it take a few days?

Because it does not exist yet. There is no warehouse full of finished pieces — yours is printed, assembled and checked as soon as we have your photo and your song. Which is exactly why there is only ever one.

Will my photo look good on it?

You will see for yourself before you pay. If a photo is too dark or too low in resolution, we tell you — and usually how to make it better.

Which size should I choose?

L (15 × 24 cm) fits a nightstand, shelf or desk — the most chosen size.
XL (21 × 32 cm) is noticeably more present and works better on a bare wall or a dresser.

Can I return it?

Personalised items are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB), because they exist only for you and are of no use to anyone else. It is all set out in our withdrawal policy. If something arrives damaged or we have made a mistake, get in touch straight away and we will sort it out.
