There's no call centre behind Spotilight™. Your message goes straight to the person who also makes your glass. We usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Before you write
Three questions come up almost every time — yours might be one of them:
- How long does it take? We make every piece by hand after you order, which takes 3–5 working days. Shipping adds another 4–11 days. If you need it for a fixed date, write to us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
- Can I see my photo first? Yes. You'll see your finished glass in the preview before you pay.
- Can I return it? Personalised items are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB), because they only exist for you. Everything on that is in our withdrawal policy. If something arrives damaged or isn't right — tell us straight away and we'll sort it.
